Cancellation Policy
The fee for cancelling or rescheduling 48 hours or less before the appointment is equal to 50% the services booked.
In the case of a late arrival where the services need to be adjusted to fit the appointment window, 50% of the services being cancelled will still be charged.
No-Shows are charged 50% of the services booked and may not be able to book future appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable.
