Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled 48 hours or less before the appointment are charged 75% of the services booked.
In the case of a late arrival where the services need to be adjusted to fit the appointment window, 75% of the services being cancelled will still be charged.
No-Shows are charged 75% of the services booked and may not be able to book future appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable.
